Description

Bob Dylan's first concert in Japan took place in February and March of 1978. The recordings from these two days were released as the album 'Budokan' in November of the same year, which was later officially released worldwide. In 2007, the master tapes were discovered. After lengthy negotiations, the album was finally released 45 years after the initial visit to Japan. Those involved at the time reunited for the project, with Heckel Kanno, who planned the original 'Budokan' concert in 1978, serving as the overall supervisor. The engineer who recorded the album at that time created 2023 remixes from 24-channel multi-tapes, and the artwork was designed by the same artist as before.
