A double LP release of the best album, originally issued by Toshiba EMI on December 9, 1992, featuring highlights from three albums released by Miho Morikawa between 1990 and 1992, along with three additional tracks that were previously available only as singles, including "Positive," the ending theme from the Fuji TV anime Ranma 1/2 Nettouhen.

This collection also includes "Blue Water", the opening theme, and "Yes, I Will...", the ending theme from the NHK anime Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.

Now released on vinyl for the first time.
