Description
Yoichi Takizawa's second album, *BOY*, arrives over 40 years after it was originally intended to follow his debut, *Leonids no Kanatani*. Initially scheduled for release on July 25, 1982, this album became a legendary lost project when it was mysteriously canceled just before its launch. Now, it is finally seeing the light of day.
This release also features the original version of "Kagirinaki Natsu," a track later included in Hideki Saijo's 1984 album GENTLE・A MAN. Although the original mix was completed decades ago, the master tape has since gone missing. For this release, the album has been newly mixed using the remaining karaoke masters, preserving the essence of the original sound while incorporating modern production techniques. Following the successful reissue of Leonids no Kanatani on vinyl, BOY is now available on vinyl for the first time, offering fans a chance to experience this long-lost gem in its full glory.
