  ANOTHER VAMPI DISTRO-PLOSION: RODOLFO ALCHOURRON - SANATA Y CLARIFICACION 1 Y 2

  Oh my, is it Christmas, or whatever other present-giving non-denominational holiday you might celebrate, season again?  Because, at the top secret Light In The Attic Headquarters it's raining gifts from Mr. UPS.  Yesterday it was the amazing Back To Peru Vol. 2 and today, also from those maniacal mad geniuses at Vampi Soul, it's this:

  And what could this, a second gem in a week already glistening with multi-faceted international vintage goodness be?  Let us turn to the city-sized brains of the good, nee amazing, people of Spain's very own Vampi Soul:

  Argentine guitarist, composer and arranger Rodolfo Alchourróeads his own band in these two LPs from 1972 and 1974. The result is a jazz-tinted sound which incorporates elements of rock, soul, lounge, film soundtracks and even tango. This collection includes his two albums from those 2 years.

  Intriguing no?  Tinged with a bit of mystery yes?
